• We help you determine what and where you can build and the cost
• You purchase an ADU kit that meets your needs, including free plans!!
• Plans are submitted to local building department (plans approved in 60 days or less)
• Foundation is built on site while your ADU kit is built indoors at the prefabADU Factory located in Fairfield, CA (foundation build and ADU kit completion are finished about the same time)
• ADU kit is delivered in panels on a smaller flatbed truck or trailer and can be assembled in a single day
• Once your kit is assembled, your ADU can be completed in under 60 days. 

 
As the homeowner, you are in complete control of the cost:

• You can do some (or all) of the work yourself, cutting your total costs in half
• You can hire any General Contractor (GC) to do all the work for you and be handed the keys to your ADU at the end
• You can act as an owner-builder and hire out subcontractors directly and coordinate the project
