The Micro150 started this series almost 5 years ago for us. We wanted to show the world that we can build an ADU all the way down to the State minimum code allowance for what’s known as an Efficiency Unit, which is 150 sqft.

We took our time in working out the details that would allow this unit to have a loveseat sofa that converts to a full-sized bed while still allowing you to move around the space freely. We also incorporated a full bathroom with toilet, sink and shower along with a perfectly sized kitchenette.

There’s also room for a closet, small dinette and other furnishings needed to make it feel like a much larger home.
