Wanting something a little larger than the Micro150 or Micro200? Well, we got you covered there as well. The Micro250 gains another 50sqft which grows the width an additional 4’. This time the width change makes for a few unique changes. First thing you’ll notice is the bathroom is bigger. We widened the bathroom and rearranged things so we could add a linen closet and larger vanity.

This allowed us to make the kitchenette one foot larger along that side of the ADU. We moved the entrance to the front wall which gives us more room to allow for a full sized bed and sofa while still having plenty of room for the rest of the furnishings needed in a home.

This unit parks the Micro series right under our best selling units called the Mini’s which includes the Becky, Elisabeth & Jake models ranging in size from 288sqft to 390sqft if you fell like you need something a little larger!.
